- You will be unable to register for the next semester until you satisfy the transcript requirement or obtain an extension.
- Contact your previous institution(s) and request that they send final or official transcripts to Roosevelt via email at admissionforms@roosevelt.edu, or by US mail to our Schaumburg campus. - Call [phone number]- If the hold on your account asks you to call a phone number, your account may have been placed with a collection agency because your balance was not paid by the due date and you did not respond to previous communications. - You will not be able to register until your balance and any collection costs are paid in full. - Call the phone number provided for more information.
- Financial Hold - Registration- Please contact Financial Aid Services at fas@roosevelt.edu to discuss options to resolve your balance.
- Immunization Hold- You have not met the university’s immunization requirements.
- You will be unable to register for the upcoming term until the immunization requirement is staisfied or an exemption or extension is obtained.
- Log into MyRoosevelt and select the Med+Proctor (MP) logo to set up your account and upload your immunization records. - Outstanding Balance Past Due- Please sign into RU Access to pay your balance in full, or contact Financial Aid Services at fas@roosevelt.edu to discuss options to resolve your balance.
- Special Advising Hold- This hold requires special advising because of your academic standing. You must meet with academic advising to register or make schedule changes.
- This hold will prevent you from being able to register for classes via RU Access until you’re back in good academic standing.
- We recommend you meet with your academic advisor to discuss your academic standing and utilize available resources that may assist in helping you be successful. - Student Services Hold- You are required to meet with a member of the Dean of Students Office staff to discuss an important matter.
- Until this meeting occurs, you will be unable to register for classes or to graduate.
- Check your email for a message from a representative of the Office of the Dean of Students. If you can't find the message, please email dos@roosevelt.edu. - Write-Off Hold- Please sign into RU Access to pay your balance in full, or contact Financial Aid Services at fas@roosevelt.edu to discuss options to resolve your balance.
