Library Services

Starting on February 24th, RMUI students can access the Roosevelt library spaces on the 10th and 11th floors of the Auditorium Building and room 140 on the Schaumburg Campus. Robert Morris University students can take full advantage of library resources, including print and electronic collections, quiet study areas, and computer labs and printers. For more information about library services and events, please visit the library site.

RUWiFi

  1. Enable wireless for your device.
  2. Select RUWIFI (not RUGUEST) from the list of available networks.
  3. When prompted, enter the password GOGREEN! (all caps, no spaces).

Computer Labs

Open computer labs are located in the Auditorium Building’s Murray-Green Library (Room AUD1009) and the Robert R. McCormick Tribune Foundation Library at the Schaumburg Campus (Room SCH140). Additional open labs are in the Wabash Building - Room WB 311 for all students and WB 1500L for students living in the Wabash Residence.

Your NetID and Password

You have been provided with a NetID that will allow you to access the Roosevelt network. The NetID is the first initial of your first name combined with your full last name. Both your NetID and your temporary password are sent by email to your Robert Morris Gmail account. If you forget your password, visit the password reset page.

Printing (GreenPrint)

Printing services, called GreenPrint, are available in the open computer labs and the library. You can use credit/debit cards or cash to pay for printing. From a lab computer, click File | Print to send your document to the printer. You can login with your NetID credentials and view/manage your GreenPrint jobs here.

Email

Your current email account will remain the same (@robertmorris.edu gmail account). A Roosevelt email account will be provisioned in July 2020.

Personal Devices

Unfortunately, Roosevelt is not able to support personal devices directly, but the Help Desk can provide you with instructions on how to resolve common issues if you submit a detailed ticket.
