Bianca Esparza
Bianca Esparza, a Roosevelt University student from the Class of 2026, spent her summer making a meaningful impact at Family Solutions as a Care Coordinator and Rehabilitative Services Associate. In this dual role, she helped clients access vital mental health services and community resources, while also supporting case management and life skills coaching. The internship gave Bianca hands-on experience in trauma-informed, client-centered care and allowed her to sharpen key skills such as communication, organization, and problem-solving. Her work reflects the value of experiential learning in preparing students for impactful careers in service and advocacy.
Robert P. Hunter
Robert P. Hunter’s professional journey began as an intern at PwC in 2022. These intentional actions helped him secure a full-time offer while also pursuing a master’s degree at Northeastern University. Today, Robert is an Assurance Specialist at PwC and a proud Roosevelt University alumnus. His experience underscores the importance of showing up, staying curious, and seizing opportunities, no matter how small, as they can lead to long-term career success.
